If you're using Windows XP with Service Pack 2, you will need a Microsoft update for WPA2, which can be downloaded from http://support.microsoft.com/kb/893357/en-us

After installation, you will need to use the Windows Wireless Zero Configuration in the control panel to configure the adapter.  WPA2 should now be available and work correctly.

Windows XP with Service Pack 3 and Windows Vista offer support for WPA2 and do not require additional updates.
