Please be aware that there are reports of e-mails circulating that appear to have come from Insight asking for your InsightBB.com e-mail username and password.  These e-mails are not legitimate and are "phishing" e-mails that attempt to get personal information from you.  Insight will NEVER ask you to send personal information such as e-mail usernames and passwords via e-mail.

Below is a sample of the phishing e-mail that should be disregarded and deleted from your e-mail:

Sent: Wednesday, April 22, 2009 9:33 AM

Subject: Dear insightbb.com

Dear insightbb.com,

We have noticed an unauthorized attempt to change your insightbb.com password from a foreign IP.  This was going to result to you inability to access your account due to this password change.  If you know you are the authorized owner of this account, kindly reply by providing your original username (*******) and PASSWORD (*******) so as to protect your ID and password from unauthorized access.

Failure to do this will violate the insightbb.com email terms & conditions.
