1. From the Apple menu, select System Preferences. In the System Preferences screen select Network from the View menu.

2. In the list of network ports on the left, click the option for Ethernet.
3. Next to "Configure:", select 'Using DHCP'.

3. In the 'Network' box under the 'TCP/IP' tab, select 'Using DHCP' next to the 'Configure IPv4' field, then click 'Apply'.
